A five-day retreat in the heart of Andalusia, thoughtfully designed to combine wellbeing, personal reflection and Mediterranean living in an authentic and inspiring setting.
As the days unfold, soft yoga practices, writing and reflective workshops, time in nature, shared moments and local discoveries come together in a natural flow, allowing each woman the freedom to experience the journey in her own way.

In the late afternoon, a shared cultural moment around the preparation of a simple Spanish meal with our chef, followed by dinner on site. -
Departure for a day by the sea.
The outing takes place on a local beach, surrounded by palm trees, fishing boats and natural sand.
A time of presence by the sea, including a gentle moment of breathing or meditation, followed by lunch at a beach restaurant and free time.
Return to the place in the late afternoon, dinner on site. -
Morning gentle yoga session.
An inner exploration session with gentle guided moments of meditation, breathing and listening, allowing space for integration and clarity.
Free afternoon.
Closing dinner, conceived as a special moment with a touch of Andalusian inspiration. -

The Meals
Meals are an integral part of the Aitana experience. Designed as moments of pleasure and connection, they follow the rhythm of the retreat and naturally extend the shared moments of presence.
A local chef, carefully selected by Aitana, prepares on-site a healthy and refined Mediterranean cuisine, highlighting seasonal and local ingredients, in a spirit that is both simple and elegant.
A setting that invites slowing down
Set in a place designed to gently support the experience, the retreat follows the rhythm of the days. Entirely reserved for the group during the stay, it naturally encourages calm, intimacy and a simple connection with the surrounding nature.
