Reservations are confirmed personally to ensure a smooth and harmonious experience for each participant.
1. Submit your request by selecting your preferred room category.
2. You will receive a confirmation of availability within 48 hours.
3. To secure your place, a 30% deposit is required upon confirmation. The payment is made by credit card through a secure payment link sent to you along with your confirmation email.
4. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the retreat. The balance is settled in the same way.
For reservations made within 60 days of the retreat, full payment is required upon confirmation.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a detailed information document outlining the retreat programme, practical details and preparation guidance.
