Yes, of course. Most participants come alone. The group is intentionally limited to 6 to 10 women to create a warm and harmonious atmosphere.

No. The days alternate guided moments and free time. The rhythm is gentle and balanced, allowing space for rest, integration and relaxation.
No prior experience is required. The activities are gentle and accessible to everyone. They invite well-being and presence, without any focus on performance. The retreat is designed to welcome women exactly as they are.
No. Each activity is offered as an invitation. You are free to experience the retreat at your own pace.
No. AITANA is a space for renewal within a structured and caring environment. It is not a therapeutic program.
Yes. A half-day is generally dedicated to an outing, depending on the edition, to discover the surroundings or enjoy the seaside. This moment naturally integrates into the rhythm of the retreat without altering its calm and gentle spirit.

Yes. The finca is fully reserved for the group during the stay. All spaces are dedicated exclusively to participants in order to preserve intimacy, calm and coherence of the experience.
The finca is surrounded by olive groves and offers a peaceful natural setting. An Andalusian village is located approximately 2.5 km away, and Málaga can be reached in about 40 minutes. The location combines tranquility with accessibility.
The retreat takes place in a carefully selected private finca chosen for its calm, charm and comfort. The rooms are bright and equipped to ensure a pleasant stay. The different room categories are specified at the time of booking.
Yes, subject to availability. You select your preferred category when registering. The exact room allocation is confirmed afterward to preserve balance and harmony within the group.
Yes. All meals are included during the stay. Mediterranean cuisine, wholesome, simple and flavorful, is prepared on site by a local chef carefully selected by Aitana.
Yes. These can be mentioned at the time of registration so that we can take them into account whenever possible.

The nearest airport is Málaga. Recommended arrival times are communicated in advance to facilitate organization.
Yes. Transfers to and from Málaga airport are included within a time window communicated in advance. Transportation related to the planned outing during the stay is also covered.
Yes. A practical guide is sent a few weeks before departure. It contains all the information you need to prepare for your stay with peace of mind.
It is recommended to wait for the official confirmation of the edition before booking your flights. All necessary guidance is provided once your registration has been validated.
Yes. I am present throughout the stay to ensure the smooth unfolding of the experience and the comfort of each participant.
The group is intentionally limited to 6 to 10 women to preserve an intimate and high-quality atmosphere.

Simply complete the online booking form. You will then receive a personalized confirmation outlining the next steps and payment details.
Your registration is confirmed once the deposit has been received and validated. A written confirmation is sent at that time.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the retreat. For bookings made within 60 days of the retreat, full payment is required upon confirmation.
Payments are made by credit card through a secure payment link sent to you with your confirmation email.
If you need to cancel your reservation, the following conditions apply:
The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the retreat are eligible for a refund of the remaining balance.
Within 60 days of the retreat, the full amount is non-refundable.
